Homemade Weight Loss Drink
Expert Richa posted a video on her social media handle in which she shared a method for losing weight with the help of a single drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of water
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 5-6 cloves (Laung)
- 1 teaspoon carom seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 small piece of jaggery (Gur)
How to Prepare the Weight Loss Drink
- Take a pan and add 1 glass of water to it.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 5-6 cloves, and 1 teaspoon of carom seeds to the water and allow it to come to a boil.
- Once the water boils, strain it.
- Add 1 small piece of jaggery to the strained water. Once the jaggery melts, sip the drink slowly.
How to Consume the Weight Loss Drink
- You can drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
- Alternatively, it can also be consumed a while after dinner.
- Daily consumption will help reduce body fat rapidly and keep weight under control.
