Washington DC (US), May 27, 2026, BNN Web Staff: US President Donald Trump on Tuesday said that his latest medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center showed “perfect” results.
In a post shared on Truth Social, Trump stated that he had completed a six-month physical examination and thanked the doctors and staff at the military hospital for their care and support.
“Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Everything checked out PERFECTLY,” Trump wrote, adding that he was heading back to the White House after the assessment.
According to reports, the visit included routine medical and dental evaluations. The 79-year-old leader has undergone multiple health examinations since returning to office and remains under regular observation due to age-related health concerns.
Last year, Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a common vein-related condition that can cause swelling in the legs and ankles. White House officials had earlier said the condition was benign and manageable.
Reports have also noted visible bruising on Trump’s hands in recent months. Officials attributed the marks to frequent handshakes and the use of aspirin medication. The White House has repeatedly maintained that the President remains in good health and continues to maintain an active lifestyle.
Trump had also visited Walter Reed last year for additional scans to rule out cardiovascular complications, according to his physician.
