Washington DC (US), May 23, 2026, BNN Web Staff: Pop sensation Miley Cyrus celebrated a landmark moment in her career after receiving a star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday, turning heads in a glamorous vintage Atelier Versace ensemble once worn by supermodel Heidi Klum.
For the prestigious ceremony, Cyrus chose a dramatic sheer gown from Versace’s Fall 2015 collection, personally selected from the label’s archives by legendary designer Donatella Versace.
The outfit featured intricate lace detailing, metallic-thread patterns and bold cutout elements, creating a striking spiderweb-inspired look.
The same couture design had previously been worn by Klum during the amfAR Gala held in Milan in 2015. Cyrus paired the archival outfit with loose waves and side-swept bangs, embracing classic Hollywood glamour for the occasion.
While addressing the gathering, the Grammy-winning singer expressed excitement over receiving the honour and praised the significance of wearing a rare Versace archive piece.
“My name is laid in gold and pink terrazzo, and it’s fierce, and it’s fun, and it’s fabulous,” Cyrus said during the ceremony. She further revealed that the gown had been handpicked by Donatella Versace herself from the fashion house’s archives.
The event was attended by Cyrus’ family members, including her mother, sister and fiancé Maxx Morando. Actress Anya Taylor-Joy, dressed in vintage Bob Mackie, was also present alongside Donatella Versace.
Cyrus has long championed archival and sustainable fashion choices. Over the years, she has frequently revived iconic designer pieces from labels such as Bob Mackie, Thierry Mugler and Roberto Cavalli for concerts, red carpets and public appearances.
