Washington, DC, November 29, 2025, BBN Web Staff: US President Donald Trump on Friday declared that all executive actions signed by former President Joe Biden using an autopen are now invalid. Trump alleged that a large share of Biden’s official documents were authenticated through the device—a machine designed to replicate signatures.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen—around 92% of them—is now terminated and has no further effect. The Autopen cannot be used unless the President personally authorizes it.”
Trump further insisted that individuals who operated the autopen during Biden’s administration acted unlawfully. He stated that Biden could face perjury charges if he claims the autopen use was carried out under his direct approval.
According to Trump, “The Radical Left Lunatics surrounding Biden at the Resolute Desk effectively took the Presidency away from him. I am cancelling all executive orders and anything else not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden because the autopen was used illegally.”
Trump has long argued that Biden was not fully managing his duties due to age and health concerns, frequently criticizing his predecessor’s use of the autopen—even though autopen signatures have been standard practice for decades.
Earlier in the day, Trump also announced plans to halt migration from all “third-world countries”, saying the US system needed time to undo what he calls “millions” of unlawful admissions made under Biden.
His comments followed the fatal shooting of a National Guard member in Washington, DC, by an Afghan national earlier this week.
In another Truth Social post, Trump vowed to tighten immigration rules, revoke federal benefits from non-citizens, deport individuals deemed security risks, and denaturalize migrants he believes undermine domestic stability.
